David Diamond has devoted his career and life to championing the cause of injured plaintiffs. He is the founding member of Diamond & Diamond and he has been practicing for over 25 years.

David completed his law degree at Windsor University Law School in 1979 and was called to the bar in 1981. Since then, he has primarily focused his practice within personal injury law.

David has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario and has attended on numerous trials as counsel. He has retained significant expertise in representing personal injury claims and has often been featured the media, including television and newspapers, offering his opinion on legal issues.

Born and raised in Toronto, David is a devoted community member who devotes much of his spare time to the many charities for which he is a board member. His devotion to those that are hurt, injured or disadvantaged is an ongoing passion and a personal commitment.
